• To be misunderstood is to be great and to fix those mistakes may make you a better person and not make those mistakes again

• Nothing at last sacred but the integrity of your own mind

• this whole essay can not work if you are given a sigma at birth

• honesty without compassions is rude
•  You shouldn’t always tell people they did great when they didn’t because they will take it as bad 
• Peoples shouldn’t just give to look good for giving but they should give because the mean it and not just want to look good
•   If your a good person you don’t need to do other things to make you look like a good person because your a good person already

• You have to make decisions no matter what even to not make a decision is making a decision 
• If we don’t honor what we have it’s like a muscle if we don’t work on it I’ll go away 
• You have to be happy as a human and go through things 
• God will never make your work the best you have to make it the best and he will be their to help you but he can’t do everything for you 
• We as men have to believe that we can go above and beyond of what people think we could do and accomplish a lot more 
• The difference between us and children is that they don’t understand things as much as us they get hungry at 3a.m and start crying for food 
• Sometimes we o my show parts and pieces of us because we are scared to show our self’s as a whole

FIRST IMPRESSION: ON SELF-RELIANCE

My impression to this essay is that if we as people set our mindsets to do something I feel like we are able to accomplish it. This essay was written a while back and as we can see it’s has things that we still do till this day. It shocks me to know that things we do now people also did back then even though technology has evolved into some sort of attaching thing. He uses some big word that are good to be explained and that have good meanings for what he writes that’s what makes it interesting also defining the word.
